Built 1927-1929 by V. Santrucek and Antonín Mendl. Named in honour of the Czech playwright, Josef Kajetán Tyl (1808-1856). Used for an annual music festival "Martinu Fest", held every October in honour of the Policka-born composer, Bohuslav Martinu.
