Ca. 1900 converted to a theatre (2000 seats). Re-opened 6 Oct 1900 with a prologue by Felix Dahn and the dramas "Beckers Geschichte", "In Feindesland", and "Fest der Handwerker" by the "Oberschlesisches Volkstheater" company. In the 1930s, major rebuilding. |
