[First "Théâtre des Nouveautés" at Place de la Bourse (1827-1842). Second "Théâtre des Nouveautés"at 60, rue de Faubourg Saint-Martin (Apr 1866-Nov 1866).]

Built 1878 as third theatre named "Théâtre des Nouveautés". Opened 12 June 1878. Used for operetta, vaudeville, comedy and revue performances (including 1032 performances of "Champignol malgré lui"). Demolished 1911.

[The fourth "Théâtre des Nouveautés" was built 1920-1921 by by Adolphe Thiers at 24, boulevard Poissonière.]
