Built 1865-1969 for August Wolf by conversion of a restaurant and dancing hall into a theatre. Opened 9 Oct 1869. 1000 seats. The theatre's summer theatre garden (a typical feature in 19th-century Berlin) was known as one of the most beautiful in Berlin. 1906 renamed "Lortzing-Theater". Demolished in 1913.
