Opened ca. 1900 in the "Kaisergalerie" shopping and entertainment mall (built 1869-1973). Later used for performances of the "Linden-Cabaret" company. Later used as a cinema. Destroyed by bombs in 1943. Finally demolished in 1957.

1985-1987, the "Grand Hotel" was built on the site (later renamed "The Westin Grand Hotel").
