Oberlichtsaal: Built 1898 by Ludwig Heim by converting a former garden courtyard.

Beethovensaal: Built 1898 by Ludwig Heim. 1066 seats.

[1960-1963, a new "Philharmonie" building was built by Hans Scharoun on another site.]
