Built 1897 as a riding hall. Also used for concerts, exhibitions and various festivals. 2000 seats. Destroyed by bombs in World War II. Remains demolished in 1956.

[Later, an office block for "Zentralverband der Elektrotechnik- und Elektroindustrie e. V." was built on the site.]
