Concert hall, built 1982-1986 by Peter Busmann und Godfrid Haberer (acoustics consultant: Heinz Cramer) for the city of Köln, as a part of the "Museum Ludwig/Philharmonie" complex. Opened 14 September 1986 with Mahler's 8th Symphony and Walter Haupt's "Klangwolke". Home to the Gürzenich-Orchester Köln and the RSO Köln. 2200 seats.
