Built 1894-1903 by Robert Backer within the Kurhotel Wildbad complex, for the hotel entrepreneur Friedrich von Hessing (who also built the Parktheater Augsburg). Today, the complex is used as a church conference center. The theatre hall is used for performances, conferences, and exhibitions (250 seats).
