Built 1966-1970 by Victor Prus. Opened 16 January 1971. Home to the Orchestre symphonique de Québec, Opéra de Québec, and Théâtre du Trident.

The complex includes the Conservatoire de musique du Québec and two performance halls:

  • Salle Louis Fréchette. 1875 seats. Named in honour of the Canadian poet and playwright Louis-Honoré Fréchette (1839-1908)
  • Salle Octave Crémazie. 506 seats. Named in honour of the Canadian poet Octave Crémazie (1827-1879)
