Entertainment complex with a theatre and a ballroom, opened 1899 as "The Alhambra". 1903 bought by the Blackpool Tower Company. Interior redesign by Frank Matcham. Theatre hall reopened 1904 as "Palace Theatre". 1911 addition of a cinema. Demolished 1961 in favor of a department store.
