Theatre and office complex, built 1901 John Edmund Oldaker Pridmore for the Bush and Gerts Piano Company. The building included the company headquarters, a large theatre and various ballrooms. 1922 the complex was purchased by the Chicago-Clark Building corporation. Subsequently the theatre and backstage areas were converted into office space.
